Q: What is your core policy?
Cores returned for credit must be in rebuild-able condition. Type for type, No missing or broken parts and returned in the original GLS box. Core return shipping label provided for CORE ONLY. New returns, with core, must be returned at customer expense, if out of "GLS" regular route area" to:

Q: What is the Warranty on GLS Brakes?
WARRANTY POLICY
GLS LIMITED WARRANTY:    “GLS” warranty to original equipment car dealerships and certified repair centers will credit the account for any part found to be defective in workmanship or materials for 12 months or 12,000 miles from date of original installation, whichever occurs first*. The warranty is extended solely to the original vehicle registered owner and may not be transferred. Also, "GLS" reimbursement includes labor** to remove and install defective parts at factory suggested labor time at account current factory labor rate. Fleet vehicles, such as taxi, mail route, police, and multi-driver or commercially used are not covered by labor, part only. All claims requesting labor must be submitted with copies of the original repair order, the re-placement repair order, and defective "GLS" part in question. The limited warranty does not cover or imply coverage of damage caused by accident, abuse, misapplication, progressive, nor comprehensive action. Except for the "GLS" expressed warranty stated herein, there are no other warranties expressed or implied. Any action based on any breach of any of the said warranty shall be brought within 12 months after the cause of action or is discovered, under Wisconsin Law. ( Any action brought thereafter shall be barred.) No person is authorized by "GLS" to agree, on their behalf, to any change verbally or in writing of the above.
* - Exceptions - Part numbers with the AM prefix; have part only warranty, for 6 months or 6,000 miles from date of installation, whichever occurs first.
Limited Life Time Warranty - Part only, coverage on Pads and Shoes. Numbers with the M, CM and HM prefix, and GLS rear brake shoes, in a non commercial type vehicle. Examples of commercial type vehicles are taxis, mail routes, police, and multi-driver or commercially owned.
** - GLS Labor Warranty - Labor reimbursement extended only to "GLS" receivable customer base.
The laws of Wisconsin shall govern this limited warranty.

Q: How are defective products handled?
WARRANTY PROCEDURE
Claims, Part Only:   Obtain a copy the of original repair order or parts invoice and hold defective part for "GLS" Sales Representative; credit or exchange will be issued to the account at that time. Customer is responsible in returning defective part, if, outside of GLS servicing route area.
Claims with Labor:  Same as above; also supply a copy of the replacement repair order with the amount of labor at original equipment factory time at account current factory labor rate. Credit will be issued to the account at that time. "GLS" reserves the right to charge back labor and parts credit in the event failure is caused by improper installation or misapplication. ( Refer to limited warranty. ) This warranty policy and procedure statement, supersedes all previous GLS statements.
